Theft, diversion, and short loads

BioJejak sets the harvested weight, the dispatched weight, and the weight the mill received on the same load. A truck that leaves the route, or a delivery that arrives short, shows up as a variance against that record. The purpose is to close the gap where estate fruit is stolen, diverted, or misappropriated between the block and the mill.
