Construction supervision

Construction supervision is the owner's eyes on site: quality of installation, adherence to the drawings, safety, and the record of what was actually built. It is not the contractor's site management, and it is not commissioning.

It applies to digesters, tanks, scrubbers, upgrading skids, and the balance of plant around them.
