Malaysia green methanol

The note describes a proposed e-methanol facility in Pahang, Malaysia, on the order of 200 tonnes a day, aimed at an RFNBO production pathway. It is a pre-development proposal — pre-FEED, feasibility, and offtake — not an operating plant.

The electrical arrangement for the same plant distributes at 132 kV across the site, because the load is over 100 MW, and steps down to 11 kV at the machinery.
