Post-commissioning services

After handover the plant still needs process support: load changes, biology that drifts, scrubber performance, membrane life, and the gap between the model and the measured gas. Post-commissioning work is that support, for an agreed period, against the commissioned baseline. Operator training is how the shift staff learn to hold that baseline.

It is not a standing operations contract unless one is written.
