Solar PV and battery storage

Site-specific modelling of solar photovoltaic plant and battery storage, written in Python, for an off-grid supply and for a hybrid that uses both the on-site plant and a grid connection. The model is built on the site's solar resource and on the electrical load of the process. It is not a generic capacity factor pasted onto a nameplate.
The supply has to match electrolysis, liquefaction, and the other continuous loads, not merely add megawatts beside them. Connecting that supply into the plant is high-voltage distribution design: the site voltage, the transformers, the cables, the switchgear, and the protection.
That integration applies to renewable diesel, sustainable aviation fuel, green methanol, green ammonia, and bio-LNG projects that include their own solar and battery supply. See solar PV and battery storage.
